The Bunda Grant Scheme (BGS) is a mentorship program funded by USAID Malawi wherein IFPRI researchers support promising young master's students at Bunda College, Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) to refine and publish their research. IFPRI researchers offer the scholars technical input on their research and a forum in which they can present and receive practical feedback from prominent practitioners in government and development agencies. Students are also supported to submit their papers for publication in the Working Paper series.
